1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking an appointment, visiting our studio, or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not book an appointment or use our services.
2. Services
South Hill Skin & Esthetics provides professional esthetic services including facials, sugaring, waxing, lash lifts, brow services, dermaplaning, and related skincare treatments. All services are performed by a licensed esthetician in accordance with Washington State regulations. We reserve the right to refuse or modify any service if we determine it is not in the best interest of your skin health or safety.
3. Booking Policy
A credit card on file is required to secure your appointment at the time of booking. This holds your reserved time slot. You will not be charged until your visit and may pay with any method at checkout. By booking an appointment, you authorize South Hill Skin & Esthetics to charge the card on file for no-shows or late cancellations as described below.
4. Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a 50% service fee. No-shows will be charged the full service amount. We understand that life happens — please contact us as early as possible if you need to adjust your appointment.
5. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Prices for all services are listed on our website and in studio and are subject to change without notice. Services priced as 'Price varies' will be quoted during your consultation based on your specific needs.
6. Health & Safety
You must inform your esthetician of any skin conditions, allergies, medications, medical treatments, or health concerns prior to receiving any service. Some treatments may not be suitable for pregnant or nursing clients, or those with certain medical conditions. We reserve the right to decline or adjust services based on your health history to ensure your safety.
7. Treatment Results
While we strive to provide the best possible results, individual outcomes vary based on skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, and other factors. We do not guarantee specific results from any treatment. Following your aftercare instructions is essential to achieving and maintaining results.
8. Liability
South Hill Skin & Esthetics and its esthetician are not liable for any adverse reactions, sensitivities, or damage resulting from treatments if you have not disclosed relevant health information or have not followed aftercare instructions. You assume responsibility for informing us of any contraindications prior to treatment.
9. Website Use
Content on this website is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read on this site.
10. Changes to Terms
South Hill Skin & Esthetics reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
