Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before your first visit. Don't see your question? Just call or message us.

Your first visit begins with a comprehensive skin analysis and consultation. Your esthetician will discuss your concerns, goals, and skincare history, then customize your treatment accordingly. We'll also provide personalized recommendations for your at-home routine. Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete your intake form, and come with a clean face free of makeup if possible.

For most skin types, we recommend a facial every 4–6 weeks to align with your skin's natural cell turnover cycle. Corrective treatments may follow a different schedule based on your specific goals. Your esthetician will recommend the ideal frequency for your skin during your consultation.

Aftercare depends on your specific treatment, but general guidelines include avoiding direct sun exposure, heavy sweating, and active skincare ingredients (like retinol or acids) for 24–72 hours. We'll provide detailed aftercare instructions tailored to your treatment before you leave, and you're always welcome to reach out with questions.

We carry carefully curated professional-grade skincare lines including GlyMed+ and KRX. During your consultation, your esthetician will recommend products suited to your skin type and concerns. We never push products you don't need — only what will genuinely support your skin health. You can purchase products directly through our online store.

We require a credit card on file to secure your appointment at the time of booking. This allows us to hold your reserved time slot. You will not be charged until your visit, and you can pay with any method at checkout.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a 50% service fee. No-shows are charged the full service amount. We understand life happens — please call us as early as possible if you need to adjust.

Not sure where to start? That's exactly what our consultation is for. Your esthetician will assess your skin, discuss your goals, and recommend a personalized treatment plan. You can also call or message us — we're happy to guide you to the right service based on your concerns.

Sugaring uses a natural sugar paste that adheres only to the hair, not the skin, making it gentler and less painful than traditional waxing. Sugaring removes hair in the direction of growth, which reduces breakage and ingrown hairs. Waxing uses resin-based wax that adheres to both hair and skin, which can cause more irritation. Both methods leave you smooth, but sugaring is often preferred for sensitive skin and delicate areas.

Korean lash lifts use a gentler, cysteamine-based formula that is less damaging to the lashes compared to the thioglycolate-based formulas used in traditional lash lifts. Korean lash lifts focus on lifting from the root rather than the mid-shaft, creating a more natural, lifted look that works well on all lash types. The results last 6–8 weeks, and the gentler formula makes it a great choice for those with sensitive eyes or finer lashes.
